Refund policy

Returns and refunds can occur:

For any return made under the right of withdrawal, the return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

As part of a return request in the event of product non-compliance, the return costs and any reshipment are offered by SportingGoodDeal.com. we will send you by email a prepaid label which will allow you to return the item (s) concerned to us, without advance postage.

Prepare the return package

Use a standard package or reuse the box in which the product was delivered to you. Returned products must be packaged in their original packaging, without having been worn, used or damaged. They must be sent to the following address:

In the event of a return for non-compliance, stick the printed label on your package, the address of our Returns Department is indicated on it.

Validation of Sporting Good Deal:

All returned products (Product, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact. In the context of a return for non-compliance, the Customer may ask SportingGoodDeal .com:

  • To be delivered of a product identical to the one ordered, within the limits of available stocks;
  • To be reimbursed for the price of the product ordered within 15 days of the Customer's request.
