Delivery

Products purchased on SportingGoodDeal.com are delivered to Canada and the United States.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

The Company sends each Customer an order shipping notification email including, among other information, the package tracking number when it was communicated by the carrier.

The delivery time of the products corresponds to the shipping processing time to which is added the delivery time.

Deliveries are mainly made via the services of CANADA POST, FEDEX, PUROLATOR or UPS.

Returns and refunds can occur:

- Either within the framework of the legal withdrawal period, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the product to notify us of his intention to return it to us.

- Or in the event of non-conformity of the product or service delivered.

The Customer may return the product (s) to us by respecting the following procedure:

Return delivery costs and return method:

For any return made under the right of withdrawal, the return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

As part of a return request in the event of product non-compliance, return costs and any reshipment are offered by SportingGoodDeal.com. we will send you by email a prepaid label which will allow you to return the item (s) concerned to us, without advance shipping costs.

Prepare the return package

Use a standard package or reuse the box in which the product was delivered to you. Returned products must be packaged in their original packaging, without having been worn, used or damaged. They must be sent to the following address:

In the event of a return for non-compliance, stick the label printed on your package, the address of our Returns Department is indicated there.

Validation of Sporting Good Deal:

All returned products (Product, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, SportingGoodDeal.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by SportingGoodDeal.com, the products will then be returned to the customer at SportingGoodDeal.com's expense without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.

In the context of a return for non-compliance, the Customer may ask SportingGoodDeal.com:

  • To be delivered of a product identical to that ordered, within the limits of available stocks;
  • To be reimbursed for the price of the product ordered within 15 days of the Customer's request.
